The project plan is to promote a new lifestyle solution, combining beautiful nature, cultural heritage and a natural way of living with the latest necessities, which is the future of rural lifestyle.

The project applies the advantages of ‘turning back to nature’ and the technical progress in alternative power sources.

Among the fabulous atmosphere of pretty Borovo village’s surroundings, right in the heart of the majestic mountains, the project team of investors, designers, engineers and ecologists creates a modern and neat holiday village, conformed to the cultural traditions and natural particularities of the area. It is intended to respond to the expectations for rest and living among nature of any type and any age visitors.

The complex will include everything, necessary for spending a relaxing time away. It consists of 11 pretty houses for accommodation and a central building. The total built up area is planned to be around 3000 sq m on two levels. All the buildings will be low, solid and joined by a common architectural style in the spirit of the Rhodopes’ tradition. They are in unison to the untouched surroundings and the relief particularities. Natural materials like wood and stone will form the main composition.
